At Cobia Business Strategist we take a legal, however very aggressive approach to income tax preparation. To be able to do this, we spend countless hours throughout the year researching existing tax law and following pending legislation. We continue to keep our clients updated throughout the year on matters that can represent pitfalls or opportunity to you. At Cobia, we begin our Tax Season on October 1st of the current tax year. We call this period “Tax Planning”. We take a complete look at your business results from January 1st to September 30th and continue or begin a tax strategy that will have the least impact on your equity position in your company, but the greatest impact on lowering your taxes.
